Selection Support

Selecting a new business application can be a time consuming and potentially costly activity. It is also fundamentally important to the future success of your business. Tomorrow’s People have developed three tiers of support to guide clients through the selection process.

  • From a brief Tomorrow’s People will present a short list of vetted vendors suitable to partner with for this work
  • Tomorrow’s People will take the brief and present a shortlist of vetted vendors and coordinate demonstrations.
  • Tomorrow’s People will run the entire selection process end to end including workshopping brief production, coordination and management of all vendor communication, demonstrations, and negotiations.



Implementation Projects

Once you have selected the HR technology to suit your needs, it will need to be implemented into your business. This is where many people run into challenges and where plans go wrong. Tomorrow’s People provide two levels of implementation support.

  • Project Management guidance, liaison and support with vendor and an escalation point for the project. Consultant/Project Manager available for a certain number of hours to support the implementation.
  • Provide Consulting and Project Management to support all stages of the implementation.




HR Review

HR Health Check - A professional HR check conducted by a Senior HR Consultant looking at the current systems, set up and over the arching HR strategy. Analysis and report delivered highlighting key gaps/challenges and requirements. $2250+GST

HR Fitness Check - Deep dive into current systems/processes/HR technology set up and HR strategy. Looking at systems integration and HR Technology currently supporting the Business strategy. Full analysis, report, and a HR roadmap recommendation. Includes half day with client, 2 x meetings and comprehensive report. $5,400




Optimisation of Current Systems

Often the most suitable approach for a business is to optimise a current system so that it better delivers to the needs of the business. This involves:

  • Review current state of one or several HR systems
  • Provide recommendations on latest upgrades, how to improve use, training as required
  • Liaising between the various vendors and the client, project manage the work and report back to client.

  • Level 1: Review and improve Welcome page, navigation tabs and links, universal profile, up to 10 emails and snapshot set up $5,000
  • Level 2: Create Custom Welcome page, review and improve navigation tabs and links, universal profile, up to 10 emails and snapshot set up. Creation of up to 2 custom pages. $7,500

Reporting 2.0 Optimisation

  • Workshop to scope reporting requirements, conversion of existing custom reports to 2.0, creation of up to 15 new Reporting 2.0 reports, training super admins on reporting 2.0 $5,000
