  • This package is designed for when you have no internal resource to dedicate to the product and want Tomorrow's People to run the project for you.

    • Monitor and manage vendor relationships

    • Monitor and manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies for the project

    • Report within governance requirements

    • Workshop client processes and review data for implementation readiness

    • Attend vendor implementation workshops and project meetings

    • Collate and provide analysis, validation and configuration of master data to fit in with vendor supplied templates for each of the modules

    • Complete client side configuration tasks

    Support testing which may include the following:

    • Create UAT test scripts

    • Run testing

    • Compile feedback

    • Update configuration if required

    • Run additional workshops with client to review the configuration including system settings and permissions, People & Culture processes, workflows and reporting
